DISTRIBUTION OF ID CARDS BEGINS TODAY FOR CONTINUING LEVELS 200 AND 300 COLLEGES OF HUMANITIES STUDENTS

Dear all, 

The University of Ghana Management would like to bring to the attention of Levels 200 and 300 students of the Colleges of Humanities, the distribution of ID cards to respective students. 



All individuals who belong to this group and have not yet received their ID cards should take note of the collection point and other details outlined below: 

Date: MONDAY, 27TH FEBRUARY - FRIDAY, 3RD MARCH 2023. 

Time: 10:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Each Day

Venue: University of Ghana Business School Foyer (Ground Floor)

REPLACEMENT OF STUDENT ID CARD

Students who need to replace missing or defaced ID cards should follow the process below:

  • Pay GH₵32.00 at the Main University Cash Office.
  • Take the receipt of payment to the Ground Floor, the University of Ghana Computing Systems (UGCS) adjacent to the Balme Library.
  •  Collect the ID card from UGCS after 2 weeks.


LEVEL 100: DOWNLOAD YOUR TEMPORAL/PROVISIONAL STUDENT ID

The University of Ghana has asked its 2022/2023 freshmen class to print out their temporary ID cards

The freshmen will be writing their very first IA and exam in the university.

Students must present ID cards before they are allowed to enter the exam hall.

On that note, All Freshmen and women must visit the link to get access to print their temporary ID card: https://sts.ug.edu.gh/services/printcard

All Freshmen/Level 100 Students are advised to print their temporary ID cards as they wait for the original plastic Students' ID Cards
